Why are Estrus animations better aligned than Sexlab?

Since days I'm struggling to get Sexlab animations properly aligned with all kind of followers of different size and shapes, but I think it is hopeless, I would need to edit every single animation positions for every single combination...

Now I tested out "EstrusForSkyrim" you most likely already know https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12832 and I was very surprised seeing that the tentacles had absolutely no problem with different sizes and shapes and mostly fit perfectly.

So why isn't this possible for sexlab animations? Or is it possible, but simply no one coded it already, why?

? estrus works fine with bodies of any shape and size (scale) as far as I know

Its probably scaled around the XPM skeleton itself
