Male Pregnancy Issues with WickedWhims

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for the reply. I want to play some kind of a male 100 baby challenge in the sims 4. I set WickedWhims to normal pregnancy system with 100 percent probability for played households and NPCs, no menstrual cycle. And that WickedWhims replaces the game's pregnancy system.

Now if my male sim has sex with another male sim from an unplayed household or a male NPC, the sex partner will never get pregnant.

I would have to go into CAS for each individual sex partner beforehand and change it from "Get others pregnant" to "Become pregnant". Is there no mod or cheat so that this setting does not have to be made manually for each individual Sim. Or is there a mod or cheat that ignores the defaults in CAS so that a Sim can also get pregnant if "Get others pregnant" is set in CAS, which is always the case with male Sims.

Do any of you have the same problem and know a solution or another trick?
