OSTIM & OSEX - I don't understand how that work...

Hello i try some new mod with 900 plugins and Ostim is one of this who have allways a problem with some other animation mod, so i follow this guide https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/articles/3751 , before i install SexLab OSEX and Otism don't work i don't know why, after that and i take a lot of addons and expansion but i don't why Oalign don't work i can't see him in MCM or OSA and in the begining is not install because IWantWidget is not install but after they say "Oalign is install" WTF ? I press L and i have nothing without that Spell Menu and i can't change the button for Oalign, second problem the NPC now don't want be undressed before that work now it's strange since i use Bodyslide or Obody just for change some Body but that don't work i use NPC Overhaul (Change with EasyNPC) i try Ostim MCM to and it useless and sometime i have some camera problem who stay fix when i stop the animation or sometime my character do a another animation and bug (Like he have a hammer and forge that weird man) i want Camera, Animation, Option that they walk properly for my new game after i install Ofertillity but i'm afraid it will cause a lot of bugs too... so please can you explain me how that work without big problem like this ?

Improved Camera 4 Bug and i like the view original so i don't install this.
