Mod for writing book and distributing it in world between saves

So, i want mod so i can write the book in Skyrim, and then i want this book to be distributed in game, so i will find it in random places, like Winterhold College, Bards place, mages inventory, whatever you usually find books. And i want to theese books works between saves, so if Jimmy the Strings writes series of books on his save, every next character i create will be able to find it and read about his adventures. This would add some immersion, reading stories about your previous characters. Does something like this exists?

 

Also, it would be cool af, i there was mod that allow to take you picture/screenshot/whatever and then make painting from it to hang on the wall.
