Getting head color mismatch in LE. Please help!

So after I installed a lighting mod that was required for a enb preset, I noticed that most of my races had their heads of a different color than the rest of the body.
It could have been like this for a while since without that mod the default skin color for the default race is very white and shiny and this mismatch isnt noticed until you get to darker colors. Also, the fact that anime race, the race I used to test clothing and most things, wasnt affected delayed me from noticing.

By disabling mods I tracked the issue until 2 merges, Follower merge 1 and Armor merge 1 (yeah, I have several ones for the same category). The weird thing is that If I disable only one, the issue persists so either they cause the same issue separately or something else I dont know is happenning.

I want to ask if you would have any idea of the steps I could take to check which asset is causing this instead of rebuilding 2 extremely big merges with less mods and increase them each time until I reproduce the issue. Maybe TESVedit could help me with this but I have no  idea what Im looking for.

As the name implies, Follower merge mostly contains follower mods and armor merge contains armor mods. It is possible they contain other things but the main feature of the mod has to be a follower or an armor.

Please, if you have any idea it could make the process much less time consuming.
I attach a screenshot of the issue.

If it is needed, I'll post the list of the plugins for each merge later.

Edit: Im using BHUNP and several head mods, however disabling them did not solve the issue, it was only solved if I disabled the merges. when I say that I disable them, I mean I disable the folder, not the plugin, so that there isnt overwriting.

I already tried sorting the load order with loot and use a smash patch. But the result is the same

Edit2: I could figure out the cause of the armor merge issue. Assets from Falmer bikini are causing the color mismatch. If I delete one of the folders inside /armor merge/textures the issue stops. I noticed the issue remained even when disabling the plugin, so it wasnt an esp issue. Then I knocked meshes and texture folders inside the merge and, once I figured the issue was with textures, I started knocking-out the subfolders by temporarily sending them to the bin. I'll use a similar approach for the other merge.
