If your sim is a Teen, they cannot create a channel for the Adult website anymore, first it was there, then there was a "at risk" for Teens using that site then get banned for 3 days, then they removed it completely for Teens. Other then that, I would refer to the Original Mod maker's post on lover's lab for any troubleshooting / helpful information. I had one issue where it did not work at all, then there was an update and now it works.
