animations don't start , when  the enemy or me surrenders my are hands go in the air but nothing else happens, and I do have advanced animation framework install. does anyone have any solutions

Please go through every step of this guide, it's the Up-To-Date Adult oriented setup guide.  Take it 1 step at a time, test after installing 1 animation package to make sure your AAF works, don't add any other adult mods until you have AAF and animations working.  There are testing procedures in the guide.  There is no MCM for AAF, settings are handled via an ini file.  This should get you going.
