CTD on loading a save

Hello

 

When I load my save, the game CTD as soon as the loading screen finishes. Roughly every 5th time I try to load the save, the game actually loads and doesn't crash. This happens with a new game as well.

I used BOSS to make the load order, and Tes5Edit to create the merged patch. (it crashes without the merged patch too)

 

Is this some kind of a compatibility issue, or wrong load order?
