Missing file

I am looking for the file that allows the game to load the mod i cant seem to find it

If you are using the game from steam the files are in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crusader Kings III\launcher the exe file and this dowser.exe was translated by google xd

i know where the files are i am just looking for the .mod file so it shows up in the launcher
