Non-default Skintones as a makeup swatch?

Hello! Anyone know where I can get tattoos, skin details, or facepaint that modify the sim's skin color? I want to switch skintones on my sims without changing their skin. Without having to go into CAS and manually adjust the skintone each time, my sims may be purple while sleeping and orange when formal, for example. I realize it's an unusual request, but I'm desperate to locate one. Thanks for responding!
