asking if someone can make this a CBBE 3ba bodyslide preset

I dont think there is a way to convert it. You can only recreate it slider by slider in Bodyslide Studio.

Make a copy of the files and you can try re-editing the xml with preset strings and name set from another preset (in your case CBBE). 

(I leave a screenshot as an example, but I don't know if it works this way.)

Good idea, I never thought of looking in the file to see the preset slider settings.

 

I think a better idea would to find those slider settings and then use those numbers in Bodyslide by creating a new preset.  Avoids any errors from copy/paste from LE to SE, and  you can also change the sliders slightly if you want to modify the body a bit.

I tried and tested the files on skyrim Le, just adjusted them on bodyslide and this is the end result. I did not edit the strings it should work the same

If you are creating bodyslide files and working on body presets, then no, you should not need to go into outfit studio.  Unless you are trying to change or adjust outfits, then all you need to do is create the preset in Bodyslide.
