No bow draw animation

So i recently downloaded skysa with all its requirements and a bunch of other stuff for a brand new skyrim se install. Everythings works fine except for my bow animations. Specifically drawing the bow while moving. Ive tried reinstalling animations, trying other ones, running fnis, running nemesis and everything i can think of. the only time the bow draw animation plays is while standing still or directly after firing. If i move in any direction the animation doesnt play, i can still shoot sometimes but other times the arrow wont even come out. im guessing it has to do with directional movement if anything right? I just cant figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

retimed hitframe

crouch sliding

true directional movement

the ultimate dodge mod

turning animation wont affect upperbody
