Are you sure it is a real mod? A lot of people have a habbit of hacking thier games to do things like that and not make it a mod or avalible to anyone else.

Looks like a holster mod I saw on the Nexus. As for the catsuit, looks like all someone did was make an "outfit" by making a black leather texture and applying it to a regular body.

a lot of mods gives holsters

closest one is prob holster gear like above mentioned.

 

The cloth is Type3M Bodysuit, and yes, its basically a texture painted on body.
