Rapelay VR

I've read a rumor that Rapelay is now VR compatible. Is there any truth to it? If so does anyone know where it can be acquired?

My understanding was that because of all of the controversy over the game and it's subject matter, the game was completely removed from the developer's website, and most of the Japanese ero-game industry started blocking sales and website access to other countries.  I did see a reference to "Steam" there just now, so you might find some of their titles in the Steam store.

I would be extremely surprised if they brought this title back at all.
