Unable to fix SOS seam

I am using diamond for skin and I already have a patch for it yet I am still getting seam. I've seen screenshots of people where they have no seam and is perfect and I would like to achieve that. I checked out evilreflex's guide on how to make seamless sos textures but I don't know anything about blender. Could someone help me out? I'm to the point of paying people for it almost. Basically, if someone could help me fix my seam issue that would be great.
