tech support [Conan Exiles] Issues with Breasts during Co-Op

A friend and I are hosting Co-Op games in order to prepare our RP server, but we're having issues with the breasts physics on the Host's side.

The NPCs are completely fine, it only affects PCs from the Host side.

If it only affects PC, problem with a specific armor or accessory comes the PC is wearing comes to mind. Or physics settings in IQoL if they are not default.

 

Also, isn't Pickup+ redundant since the game supports picking up building pieces and you already have UnlockPlus to cover the rest?

Sorry for necroposting, but been having this issue for 2+ years. Reinstalled the game, reinstalled mods, verified game files, nothing has ever fixed it.
