It's not just a voice pack taken from another source, it was recorder for Skyrim. It's a bit like "Sexist/Derogatory Guards, NPCs and Player Comments", but just for PC, fully voices & non-sexual. The mod is not very old, it appeared maybe 2-3 years ago on Nexus but I can't find it now. I remember it had a blonde PC on the mod screenshots & I think you might needed (optionally) "Additional Player Voices for Skyrim" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21215 for installation. I installed it for LE & SE, but I am not sure it had a separate SE version, maybe the LE version just worked with SE.
