Looking for Link to Mod guide

I have to apologize. This is most likely a trivial question for many of you but i have googled literally for days for a guide to understand how modding works.

I really would like to understand the differences of CBBE , UNP, Manga and ADEC and how to use the body slider ( it seems like that the slider is what i need but i am not sure).

Further i wonder whats the difference between skeletons and how to apply mods for weapon sheath placement on the body.

When it comes to what i want archive: To set up a sexy female char with the breast and butt size that i like ( when i use UNP in a character generator then the "weight" slider increases/decreases both).
Further it should be able to use all vanilla armors with TBBP and custom armors like the TERA-ones.

I really would appreciate if i could get the link to a thread with a guide that explains such things, because i really love how things work. That way i also could help others with setting things up.
