I have a fuckton of lewd fantasy art pics that I was planning on making into adult books for Skyrim; I would like to use them in this mod instead. How would I go about adding new paintings?

You should totally still do that! Only make them for a display like a magazine rack using book shelves! Oh and then be sure to @ me when done

I used another mod that had stock lewd pics and replaced them with some of the lore friendly (ish) erotica I have. I'm still planning on making erotica books using the same pics, but I have no clue as to how I'd go about making something like a magazine rack. Best I can do is similar to what Book Covers for Skyrim did and edit the cover art so you'd still see them on the regular bookshelves. 

 

Actually, now that I think about it, I could probably pull off the magazine rack thing, but it wouldn't be a "magazine rack" per se; more like a custom display for all the different erotica volumes I'm planning to make, similar to some of the custom house/castle mods that add displays for specific books. I'll definitely give you a heads-up when I'm done, just don't expect it anytime real soon. The display thing is going to take a decent amount of time to make; more so than the books.

Awesome, yeah any kind of display. I love hunting things down and displaying them. I'd personally rather have standalone stuff to add to the collection i have. But it's your mod lol.
