This is probably a dumb question to ask, but what is a way to get fully naked or a mod that allows it, I know there are a few mods that do this but i do not know what is the best one. As in like taking off the underwear and walk around and adventure fully naked, or stroll around a town

You'll need to install Bodyslide and Outfit Studio.  That link is for the Legendary Edition (LE) of Skyrim.  If you use the Special Edition (SE, or SSE) you'd want This One.

 

Then you need to "build" a body, doing so adds a couple of files like FemaleBody.nif (and build the feet too!) which the game uses to determine what your character looks like.  During the process of installing and building the body you would pick the nude option.  This will also mean that whichever body you choose, you will now have to download armor and clothing mods designed for that body and also build those.  There's lots of tutorials around, probably some in my signature in the guides.

 

CBBE is a popular choice, it comes with the Bodyslide download and has many mods for armor and clothes to choose from.  Another popular choice is BHUNP (LE version) or SE Version.

Not really need to use Bodyslide.

Just install a full nude mod, like CBBE, UNP or whatever you like. Shlongs of Skyrim is one of the most common for males.

Just unequip everything and you can walk in your birthday suit.

Oooh ok yeah that is what I was missing, now I wonder what mods there are to have underwear, like its own clothing slot or something

The game never supported a "underwear slot" explicitly.

If you see underwear it is part of the base body.

I know that I meant as like a mod that does that, I know of many underwear mods but unsure what ones to get, or how good some are, sometimes I might want to have the underwear on and just not naked all the time when taking off armor
