crashing upon initiating combat

Skyrim plays fine when I am out of combat, but when combat initiates my game immediately crashes. i decided to use tcai to disable ai combat processing and i played crash free, but without the key gameplay element of course. Looking in my papyrus log didn't help much further, as you will see in the attached log. My utilities are SKSE 1.7.3, FNIS 7.6, Crashfixes v12, My load order:

Note: At 6:23pm 21/12 is the moment I attacked someone, initiating combat, but interestingly, the game did not immediately crash, i think this is because i killed them in one hit, and the one other npc in the building did not notice me until a few moments later.

After some digging, there have been LOS scripting bugs popping up for people who have used Cover Self - LOS, which was when the problem started, so i removed it when i first noticed the combat crashes but it did not change a damn thing. That should be mentioned, no longer in my load order.
