Hello. It could be PC Headtracking and Voice Type SE and it looks like she's speaking the line at the spell cast not the weapon draw, but it could also be Additional Player Voices for SSE 4.0 beta (JP site), which does much the same thing. Obviously unless you know Japanese the instructions on the former mod are easier to follow for yourself.

 

Or it could be neither, but I hope this helps.
