I am just wondering, if there is a way to make it stop.

The noise from all the items in the resistance. Every time i enter a house, i hear these items.
Not to say its annoying but really...

 

As for fps limits, i have Beth.ini and specifically lowered it to 59fps. But that did not solve it i suppose. But does it not have something to do with speed?

I wonder.

Anyway, i do not even know what this phenomena is called.
