im not good at dealing with mods or this tech stuff so I need the help.?

I looked on Youtube to see if I could find something for you, but no dice. All of the stuff here goes into C:\Users\$username$\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod. Just open the documents folder from file explorer or the start menu on Windows. Most mods come with instructions on what to do and the Paradox Launcher was designed for newbies to use. Before any one else recommends Irony, You really do have to have a more advanced understanding of code and such to use that properly. But yes, it is a better option and has a tutorial that is well constructed.

On the one hand, you shouldn't touch the Conflict Solver button if you don't know how to code. On the other hand it's just so tempting...

 

Ignoring that, you could still watch the tutorial video for Irony to see if you like how it works.

Download the zip file for the mod you want to install. For example "Lustful Void 0.6.5 (3.2+).zip".

Inside the zip should be two things. <Mod Name> (a folder) and <Mod Name.mod> (a file). 

Open your file browser program (ie File Explorer on windows) and navigate to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod. If the Stellaris folder does not exists just launch the game at least once. If the mod folder does not exist you can create it yourself( "mod" exactly not "Mod" or anything else). 

Copy or extract the two items from the .zip into that /mod folder. An example picture of what it should look like after installing a few mods is included.
