Where/How did you learn to animate 3d characters? Those skyrim sex animation mod are just so incredibly fluid!

I'm really impressed of how fluid are those animations in sex mods on loverslab. I would love to learn to animate so well and I wonder what authors used as an resources to learn this stuff? I'm very big fan of character animations in games and when I notice some good looking I can't stand but adore them, let it be sex animations or regular animations. I have some background with 2d animation but I never did any 3d animations.

Any tips where should I start, any courses (could be paid), i'm still pretty young so I think I can still learn something. Could you please offer me some guidance. Much appreciated.
