Mod Idea - Unrestriced marriage/seduction for purebloods

Would it be possible to create a mod that allows unrestricted marriage/seduction when both members have the pure_blooded trait? Those without the pure_blooded trait would still be restricted.

I don't know about marriage offhand- I'd need to dig into the script- but seduction is easy enough, at least insofar as them accepting. Bit trickier to avoid it creating an incest secret, though I think it's possible.
