I prefer Tre because the boobs are more rounded where as in Bibo+ the boobs are more triangular and are pointed downwards too much.

Most Bibo+ mods work for Tre as well because Tre is based on Bibo+.

Would you say that Tre is more realistic as opposed to Bibo then?

I'd much rather prefer realistic shape/gravity and as close to the game's original proportions as possible. If Tre accomplishes that more than Bibo, I think I could make the switch. At the very least, have it so only some characters have the Bibo body and others with the Tre body so I get the best of both worlds.

Idk, both Tre and Bibo looked the same to me. Only difference I noticed was Bibo+ had wider hips and triangular boobs. I can upload a comparison screenshot of them both and vanilla later as I am curious anyway tbh

My current favorite is Neolithe, after trying out Eve, Bibo+, Tre and rue+.

I only wish there were similar working mods for NPCs.

Wow, I don't know why this is not more commonly mentioned (took me quite a while to figure out), but it IS possible to mod NPCs using Dalamud plug-ins Penumbra and Glamourer together!

A little bit of a hassle to set up custom "Designs" and "Automations" in Glamourer plug-in (with a separate Design+Automation required for each NPC), but once it's set up the body replacements and outfit settings are perfectly applied even on cutscenes.
