ummmm, after watching the MGS5 trailer I think alot of people would appreciate the Quiet Outfit

Cool looking sexy sniper outfit with busty bikini top.  Skip to 6:35 for the outfit.

Could probably mix and match that type of outfit with TGs armor collection (for the LBE/Harness) plus one of the bikinis from the NV Cloth Collection.

 

The harnesses that come with T6M NPC NV could probably work too (though you may have to do what I did and make them playable since many of the ones worn by NPCs are flagged non-playable.
