So, I wanna learn how to port things like playermodels from say, Kingdomhearts into skyrim, like axel or Kirito from that sword art online game for example. I just wanna know what programs I would need to accomplish this. I have GECK and 3dmax so far. Any help would be appreciated, as well as any links to tutorials and such. Heck, I would love you forever if you gave me a straight up tutorial that focuses on those subjects.

I'm not sure if you meant Skyrim Creation kit or Fallout Creation kit when you siad you have GECK. But you need the Skyrim Creation kit. If you are on steam then you already have it. If not, well Google is your friend

Other tools you will need

Nifskope Get it here

http://www.niftools.org/

There should be tutorials on how to use Nifskope in the link as well

nif Plugin for 3DS Max

Here is a handy tutorial for porting models into skyrim (you will have to remove the " from the begining and end of all youtube links. I put them on there to stop them from being hyperlink videos)

You will also need a photo editng program

Adobe photoshop (free to try)

or

Gimp (free)

or

Paint.net (free)

http://www.getpaint.net/

you will also need a DDS plugin for said photo editing program

gimp DDS plugin

DDS for photoshop

https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-texture-tools-adobe-photoshop

Paint.net has built in DDS plugin

tutorial for coloring textures

That should be it. I didn't give any links on how to port textures when you decide on a photo editing program I'll try to find some tutorials for you.
