Humanoid Insect/bug portrait mod?

I have been looking for portrait mods like this beauty from pixiv.
The little bugger, 4 arms and six breasts looks cool, but I believe there is nothing like it?

It's rare to find sensible humanoid insect-like portrait like this. Wanted to make a hive out of this. But that seem to require someone to draw otherwise copyright case, that's why i am asking. Or desguise it as much as possible.
Any hints around?
