SEQ Files Not Working In AE - Any Ideas on How To Fix?

Any quest contained within the SEQ folder does not show NPC quest dialog in AE. This includes Animal Mansion, SL Dialogues, Ravenous, and some some others. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
