Help with specular maps

I have a texture for a sweaty body that I got from the Nexus. For some time now I use Sanguine's Debauchery mod, and I noticed that during sex in this mod, there is the same specular sweat texture applied to the body. However during the mod, the power of the specular texture does not depend on the amount of lighting or the angle that the body is to a light source. In the normal sweat texture, the effect is very "watery" and you can't see it very well, compared to Sanguine's Debauchery.

 

I looked into the mod and I found the textures for sweat, but they are the same that I currently have installed, so I don't really know what to do with that.

 

Would anyone know how can I apply the effect of sweat from Sanguine's Debauchery so it is visible all the time, not only when having sex?
