Best Belly scaling mod currently working with Fertility mode?

Since Racemenu just died and the new version hasn't the needed features for belly scaling to work I'm stuck having Fill her up and Fertility mode telling my character that she is pregnant when you can CLEARLY see that I am not.

 

 

 

So yeah my problem is that Belly scaling won't work and I want to find another way around.
