I am editing a mod and this is happening

It has happened on a different mod but i do not what is specifically causing it but i suspect its blender. the original are fine. At first i thought moving vertices would cause this so i ignored the ones that happened before. this time though i did not move the body's vertices, only deleted them and exported it as tmcmesh. can anyone tell me a reason to why this is happening.

How can i fix it?

edit: this is happening when i enter the edit mode in blender.

edit 2: ok i fixed it using @funnybunny666 guide https://www.deviantart.com/funnybunny666/journal/XPS-to-TMC-a-meh-guide-773994254

i just ran the tmc file in Timmy's ''DOA5 Obj Tmc Converter V0.5.2'' tool with the recommended settings https://sta.sh/01zgam0u2nwo

i will be leaving this topic up if anyone else faces the same problem. and i can now fix all the mods that i ignored earlier with this.

Piece of advise.

When you select the body vertex to merge by distance and remove doubles, do not select the nails vertex, as the nail tips will deform.

Use circle tool (hotkey c), and select vertex from torso, arms, legs, foot and hands.

Hit "Lft Ctrl +" to expand the selction to the entire body, leaving the nails out.
