[SEARCH] Looking for an armor mod.

I'm looking for the awesome armor that the female character is using in this video thumbnail, at 1st I thought it could be something made by Team TAL but it doesn't seem to be one of their mods, does anyone knows what mod is that ? Does anyone recognizes the outfit ? Any help would be very much appreciated.
