Need help how to make adult animation or non adult anim in skyrim

so apparently i want to try make adult animation and search tutorial for it, i found it but i read another thread that say 3dsmax is not good for animation and better use maya so is there anyone can help me to decide what tool i really need to make adult animation for SSE? thanks in advance
