Red Circle band

I had to redo my mods, and now all my sims have red circles around their necks, sometimes around necks and wrists and ankles.  Any idea on what mod I am missing, or what mod is doing that?

It's a Nisa Wicked Perv feature, you get these tatt' when achieving the Aspi'. You can remove them via the tam explorer.

Not sure if it works as I've never tried it, but open your cheat menu:

 

Ctrl + Shift + C

Testingcheats True

 

Then type or copy nisa.removetatts into the space at top of screen. Press Enter. If it doesn't work anymore I'll delete this reply.
