How to freeze during Break blow?

Anyone knows how to? Perhaps using cheat engine or other methods.

Do you mean power blow?

 

Like stage transition, it can be paused if you are watching AI vs AI fight, or a replay.

During normal gameplay I don't think it can be done, although you can slow down the game if you are using AutoLink:

 

You can slow down the game by pressing F1.
You can hide the HUD by pressing F5.

U misunderstood, what I meant is being able to freeze during replay & able to rotate the camera for different angles during a power blow.

It's ok, I found a alternative.

You can do that with autolink. Use the number pad arrow keys to move the camera while the game is frozen.
