Elise body weight issue

Hi all, first time posting here.

 

Wondering anyone here have experience with modding Elise, maybe particularly with her Idaten SSR?

I tried to import frame dump of her with pose in Blender (typing "vs-cb2" in Bone CB), however her arm mesh towards fingers always seem messed up no matter what costume.

I thought this wouldn't matter because it looks normal in the game, but I found out this doesn't work with what I'm trying to do which is make a glove removal mod for this costume.

And this is what I'm getting with flickering and deformed arm after merging 3dmigoto pose and done weight transfer to my edited body mesh. The arm part that appears look correct is actually deformed too if you look closer.

In Blender, deleting pose from the glove part doesn't make its default pose align with the body, but I combined mesh and weight group anyway just to try it, and I got the result above.

I see that arm weight has been transferred to newly named group that're not numbered, in the tutorial I followed, it said just delete these groups, but it won't work here because the arm weight are only in these groups.06.thumb.JPG.74debd57bdfbd3291cd2ebd5f41e118a.JPG

 

 

I also tried to transfer weight from just a regular Honoka body (I think that's what Elise type is) to this mesh, and it produced crazier result. This process I've done here is actually the closest I could make it look.

 

Anything I've done here that might be wrong, or am I missing steps?

I'm providing the frame dump and my edited mesh here hoping someone's able to figure it out, but any help is appreciated, many thanks.

Other questions I thought I'd ask, is there a way to frame dump hair and fingernail mesh? I was only able to capture certain hairstyles, but most of the time I can't, same with fingernail.

I wanted to edit and texture change them, can't really do that without the mesh and hash info.
