Failing to equip schlong in some animations - any ideas?

I'm trying to resolve an equipping schlong issue for some animations where they are failing to equip.  The setup I have is only Female NPCs who have by default the futa no schlong addon. In sexlab SE I have females use schlong addons, and only have the female equippable schlong addon.  This works great mostly, females equip schlongs if they are giving and females do not equip a schlong if receiving.  Everything works fine, except some male masturbation animations, the females do not equip a schlong. Likewise for some KOM futa animations, no schlong is equipped when it should be.

 

Do I need to edit animation tags or change NPC gender, Im honestly not sure...?
