grifterrik Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 On the off chance that someone might have run into this, any solutions? I have a fresh install of Fallout 4 + Mods setup at home that runs fine. I like to use Steam's built in remote stream option to play at work when things are slow. But I get no audio if I launch Fallout from MO and then connect. If I start Fallout from the launcher, audio works fine. In fact, audio works fine with F4SE in the the little SPECIAL video, but it stops when the full game launches. I've tried adding Mod Organizer and F4SE as "non-steam games", but once the game is running Steam doesn't recognize either of those two, so I can't connect the stream that way.
grifterrik Posted November 30, 2021 Author Posted November 30, 2021 Found a workaround - connect to my home PC with remote software (not remote desktop, but Chrome, Teamviewer, etc) and get audio through that connection.
