What Laptop specs are recommended for the Sims 4 [With lots of mods]?

So I recently bought 16GB ram and a 1TB SDD for my laptop. So currently it has a Intel i3 10th gen core installed with the RAM, SDD and a very loud fan. Is this enough for my laptop to run the Sims 4 with quite a lot of mods? [Worth 1GB+]?

Yeah it should work, I used to run Sims 4 with a 5th gen i5 laptop and it worked with a 30 FPS framerate.
