dirkhotdog Posted November 28, 2021 Posted November 28, 2021 Playing Skyrim VR with a modified FUS Wabbajack list and I'm running into an issue where, upon loading into the game, my player character is stuck in a T-pose and my camera is positioned about 12 feet above my head. I've been playing this character with this load order for about 25 levels now and haven't had any issues and all animation mods were working exactly as expected prior to this. This bug just started upon loading into my game after playing with no issues last night and no change to my mod list or order since. NPCs seem unaffected, it's just my player character and camera that seems to be impacted. The issue seems to persist across older saves as well. I also tried re-running FNIS. Mod list: https://modwat.ch/u/potentpotatoes/plugins I also have the following in my Overwrite folder: Spoiler I've added ~100 mods to FUS and realize that some of it might have been done a bit haphazardly, partially because I'm wary of messing with the order of the mods that came with the list. Same goes for the overwrite folder -- I'm not exactly sure what is safe to delete and what should be made into a separate mod and what should be left alone. Not sure if any of these issues contributed to the T-pose issue I'm seeing now. Any help is greatly appreciated, and please let me know if there's more info I can provide. EDIT: After multiple game resets the issue seems to have resolved itself... for now? I initially thought FNIS but maybe it was a VRIK issue? EDIT2: And shortly after the issue resolved, I'm now getting regular CTDs when entering/exiting cells. Even if this save is toast, does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to make this load order more stable for a future playthrough?
dirkhotdog Posted November 29, 2021 Author Posted November 29, 2021 Bumping once just because the content has changed a bit -- updated title accordingly. Any advice on how to make this load order more stable? Worked great for ~20 levels but now seeing regular crashes on loading into and out of cells. Experiencing issues mostly in Whiterun but will do some more testing outside there this afternoon.
