We need a universal breakable mod or coding

I have modded before back in Project M days and I think the way DOA handles modding or how the modding infrastructure is very limiting. For instance, why is it that only some costumes have breakables while others don't? From my understanding, it seems breakables are accessed through the XXX_COS_NNNa.g1m files in the rdb, my question is why isn't there a code that allows every other costume to access a XXX_COS_NNNa.g1m to have a breakable? In Brawl Moddings, you could do something similar: You accessed costumes from empty slots from the vanilla game by pressing some buttons to access some alternate costume and expand more slots or add characters. Obviously adding characters is a much different challenge, but a breakable for every costume? I am not sure how this is hard to do. Having to use other pre-existing breakable costumes causes a ton of texture and animation compatibility issues and you don't always get consistent results. Most breakable costumes I have downloaded use Costume004 of Ayane. I understand why but not every customized costume out there will work for this as it will create texture compatibility issues. So does DOA6 have a code wizard that can add breakables to every character for any costume? Or are we stuck with using Ayane's fourth costume?
