AshKnight Posted November 23, 2021 Posted November 23, 2021 I just wanted to share this with everyone in case there are folks like me kind of new to modding. I had Skyrim Anniversary version (1.6.318.0.8) with Skyrim Script Extender (2.1.2) and SexLab 1.64. Everything was good to go until the game updated to 1.6.323. SKSE stopped working but within a few hours the creators came out with 2.1.3. Unfortunately, SexLab might need an update too. This is what I see after the recent updates. I hope this info helps.
sg20903 Posted November 23, 2021 Posted November 23, 2021 As a rule of thumb, never let skyrim update itself if you have mods installed. In some cases it's fine, but anything to do with SKSE typically breaks, and in the case of this particular update, many mods are going to need to be rebuilt entirely.
AshKnight Posted November 23, 2021 Author Posted November 23, 2021 Thanks, Ugrena. I play Skyrim through Steam. Could you, please, tell me how to turn off automatic updates?
