Getting NPC faces exported

Hello, i was trying to export a facegen with CK to import it later via Racemenu.

For some reason, that caused a crash of the game.

Do i need to take additional steps to use a NPC face as my own?

In my case i want to use the face of Olfina Gray-Mane that works at the Bannered Mare.
