how do you make argonian skin shin like oil?

hello everyone im new at enbseries and i wanted to know to make the argonians look oily? here is a pic below of how i would want them to look like. if anyone knows a mod skin or a way to tweak with the enbseries.ini? thanks

There is a mod that does this, it has wide variety of options: 

 

You can also do it via enb settings, though this sometimes affects every character and even the surroundings in some cases (like wet caves/houses) depedning on the value of your settings ofcourse.

I hope this helps, personally i can only recommend the first option, to this day it has never failed me and is the least complicated imo.
