Problem with devious devices + cursed loot.

Every time I have certain devices/restraints equipped on my character, whenever I go into the inventory menu to try struggle out of them I do not get the unequip menu pop up on my screen but instead I get the equip menu again, even though the device is already equipped. I have reinstalled virtually all of the mods that could cause issues and none of them have worked, I still have the exact same problem.

 

This problem existed before the AE update, I recently patched the game back to regular SE and my mods don't show any issues other than this one.
