Strange hand/finger clipping 3BA body issue

After many trials and tribulations (seriously this update has been a nightmare) i have a working pre AE mod install again.

 

Unfortunately I am also having a rather strange issue with my character's hands clipping in first person.

 

I am using a 3BBB/3BA body and made sure to build the hands but have no idea what is causing this. It almost looks like the underside of the fingers is being rendered on top of the back when the fist is closed.

 

It is not a game breaking bug but if anyone knows how to fix it please let me know!
