Brackets and squares instead of text

Welp hello!

Been trying a few weeks back to "pimp" my brothers experience of Skyrim. But after days of messing around I've gave up...Now "a bit" of time later found a pack of mods on a Russian site. Just had to copy/paste their content over a clean install of SSE v1.5.97.0.8. Since it mentioned russian+english tought it will be easy, it wasnt.Just trying to make it completely in English.

At first I had the console in squares only managed to fix it via fontconfig:

But the rest that are in the screenshots(over here https://imgur.com/a/sR8JSWc) prolly even more that I see at a first glance are squares.Tried multiple(changing to diff fonts) things to no avail, just making it completely full of squares.

 

I assume it might be some of the mods that are in their russian version or am I missing something?Any clue would greatly help!

 

At one point I was thinking it's about the saves.Saves that the person that made the pack of mods said to use to start a new game.But obv it wasn't that.

Also mods(no manager, just the file pretty much pasted).

You can try and use xTranslator but I've never been able to get it figured out and work correctly.  But if you replace all the lines through that then it may solve your problem, I'm not sure.  I tried some Japanese mods and never could get symbols completely removed, just reduced...so I must have been doing something wrong. 

 

Anyway, try xTranslator until someone can give you better advice than I can.
